Nudge was established in 2009 to commercialise the unique personalisation technology developed by 121movies Ltd - set up by multi-award winning creative director John Clive to deliver a new standard of creativity and personalisation of video.

Initially launched as a consumer egreetings service, MovieTexts, the proprietary software is now for the first time available for exploitation by companies for marketing communication and revenue generation purposes.

The 121movie studio is our creative department. 121movies was founded by multi-award winning commercials director, filmmaker and digital artist John Clive. Its unique combination of creative and technical skills produced the technology platform that now drives Nudge's work.

Our content is written and produced by award-winning, professional filmmakers. Their core skill is entertaining audiences. Not just filling screens. Nothing leaves our studios unless we're proud of it.

All our productions are conceived, written and produced specifically for the final delivery medium. Since we started in 2004 we have built a thorough technical and aesthetic understanding of the opportunities for mobile and web video and of the requirements for properly personalising it.

Our unique technology

Nudge's proprietary automated 3D rendering and personalisation platform represents over 10,000 man-hours of development. The software is the product of a rare collaboration of professional skills: typography, filmmaking, 3d animation and programming.

Creating and delivering nudge movies is a three stage process:

We can provide a full production service, or work with your creative people or assets to implement the personalisation

Once your movie is loaded on to our production platform, personalised versions can be ordered as a batch from a database or on demand from an individual request. These are output in any required format.

Movies are hosted on our servers. We can deliver the movies to the recipient - via the web through an email notification; or to mobiles via SMS - or we can deliver the unique URLs to you so you can email/SMS using your usual provider.
